What opportunities has BranchPattern provided you?

From the onset, I’ve been given the chance to have a seat at the table and a voice in design decisions. It started with my first project meeting out of town on Day 3, and the opportunities to develop close client interactions have continued to increase constantly. This has really launched me to where I am today.

Who or what inspires you?

Genuine acts of selflessness. I see these all around me with my family at home, my colleagues and even in everyday strangers. Keep your eyes peeled, and you’ll see them too. They inspire me to think more of others and less of myself.

What does 'Improving Life' mean to you?

If my interactions with people can make their life better than when we met, then I feel like that’s a win. If I can do that within the building design and construction arena, then I know I’m doing my job well.
