Working as a team to solve complex problems for our clients is very fun and rewarding.

Who or what inspires you?

Research inspires me. I love it. Innovation in the A/E community is also a big motivator.

What does 'Improving Life' mean to you?

It means a lot: making a comfortable thermal environment through thoughtful HVAC engineering; making someone’s life easier by being a better communicator; and designing spaces that respond to people’s innate desire to be connected to their environment. (#biophilia)
