Green Building Design at the Top of the World

Practice Lead, Pete Jefferson, recently wrote an article about the progress the Pikes Peak Summit House was making, now that construction has begun. Since this project is being built on the top of a mountain, several solutions were considered by our team along with design team, RTA Architects and GWWO Architects, and general contractor GE Johnson, to make sure the summit house was habitable in the harsh climate.
