“When I started designing the sock, I wanted it to reflect what makes BranchPattern special,” shared Hannah Wilson, the winner of this year’s sock design contest. “To me, that’s the way knowledge and experience flow through our company — how mentorship and leadership help each person grow.”

The design features a branch adorned with acorns, a simple yet powerful symbol of growth, potential, and transformation. Just as a tree spreads its roots and drops acorns to sprout new life, BranchPattern fosters a culture where mentorship happens at every level.
