As a performance-based system, every WELL project is verified through on-site, post-occupancy testing of building performance by WELL Performance Testing Organizations that employ GBCI-trained WELL Performance Testing Agents. BranchPattern is an approved WELL Performance Testing Organization through the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Our team provides WELL Performance Testing services, supported by a multidisciplinary team of WELL APs who will quickly and accurately assess projects, work with GBCI reviewers, and help your projects achieve WELL v2 Certification goals.
