We are pleased to announce that BranchPattern has earned the designation of WELL Performance Testing Organization, awarded by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
This designation allows us better serve our health and wellness-minded customers by increasing:
- Availability: BranchPattern is able to execute performance testing throughout North, Central and South America as the number of WELL projects increase and regular performance testing becomes a best practice for buildings and owners.
- Convenience: Our WELL Performance Testing services can be combined with other technical services such as commissioning, to create a more streamlined, integrated approach for building owners and project teams.
- Quality: As a WELL Performance Testing Organization, we now have greater technical insight into the Performance Verification process to support our WELL Consulting services.

It explores how design, operations and behaviors within the places where we live, work, learn and play can be optimized to advance human health and well-being. As a performance-based system, every WELL project is verified through on-site, post-occupancy testing of building performance by WELL Performance Testing Organizations that employ GBCI-trained WELL Performance Testing Agents.
